Hello Dear One,

You are here because you have experienced the territory of loss.

A deep bow of respect to you for navigating through this terrain.

When I experienced the gut-wrenching pain of pregnancy loss, I was convinced I would never find a way out of the grief. With compassionate support, and allowing the process to unfold as it needed to, I now find myself in an ongoing relationship to loss, kindness, and shared humanity…in a way that I never imagined possible.

Grief is painful. And it is also one of the aspects of our human experience that we share. Grief & Loss unite us.

I can honestly say, from the depths of my heart, that I am grateful for the relationship I have to walking with grief and with death, in a way that has me experience a quiet, humble reverence  for ALL life.

One thing to know for sure: wherever you are at, whatever you are feeling, however you are walking through grief, it is exactly perfect. There is no right way to grieve a loss.  Your wise inner self knows the way…and for most of us, this wise self has a genuine need for a gentle guide. Navigating through loss is not something we were meant to do alone.

Seeking support through a threshold time, and through grief and loss is making a compassionate choice in line with what we have done since time immemorial as mammals. I draw upon a highly effective and nurturing approach, supporting you to befriend whatever strong emotions may be emerging. Whether you are grieving a death, the loss of a person, animal, home, job, or even a way of life, you are given the opportunity to restore balance and tune into your infinite wisdom.

“There are those that are not frightened of grief: dropping deep into the sorrow, they find there a necessary elixir to the numbness. When they encounter one another, when they press their foreheads against the bark of a centuries-old tree…their eyes well with tears that fall easily to the ground. The soil needs this water.   Grief is but a gate, and our tears a kind of key opening a place of wonder that’s been locked away. Suddenly we notice a sustaining resonance between the drumming heart within our chest and the pulse rising from the ground.” ~ David Abram
